Salia: Meditation

Salia's mom taught her how to do meditation. Salia found that she loved meditation so much that she taught it to other kids. To Salia meditation means to be more peaceful and more aware of all of her surroundings. It helps her relax and breathe. The goal is to sit as still as a frog.
